
Exchange & Refund Policy
In the first instance for any item you wish to return, start the process with an email to us using the address below. Ensure that you have your name and order number in the subject field: info@ambitiouschildclothing.co.uk
Here at Ambitious Child Clothing customer care is paramount. We are happy to exchange or refund your items as long as they meet the conditions listed below.
If you wish to return or exchange something, please return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt.
Please note: If you receive an item from us that is faulty, please email the team on info@ambitiouschildclothing.co.uk with details of the fault and we can look to send a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Returns will only be accepted if in the original packaging within 14 days of purchase in condition for resale.
Please return items in the same condition you received: unworn, unwashed, and with labels still intact and attached. If a bundle product was purchased, then please ensure all items within the bundle are returned together (a bundle product is any number of products that were purchased together at a lower price compared to individual prices).
If you have requested a refund, we will refund the amount you paid using your original payment method. You should expect to receive the refund within 10 days of the item being received, but during busy periods it may take longer.
Our returns and exchanges policy are in place to protect your rights as a consumer, and ours as a family-run business.
Exchanges
If you require a different size or want to swap an item, we are happy to exchange. If the item requested is not in stock, we will contact you to organise another item or refund by the original payment method.
We can only exchange items to the same value. If items requested are higher value we will not exchange and refund the original item.
Faulty Items
We try to ensure all our items are quality checked before dispatch, however on the odd occasion you may receive an item with a fault, please email the team on info@ambitiouschildclothing.co.uk with details of the fault and images.
Please note: If the fault has been caused by accident, neglect, misuse, wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions we can not accept the item as faulty. Faulty items over 6 months old can not be issued a refund- exchange only.
